Prices below are for pork; generally lamb is 15-30%  more expensive

Beef, suckling pig, lamb, turkey are also available in place of whole pig. 

For a similar price we can offer a tasty BBQ or 3 joint carvery.

Please note that a transport fee may be charged for functions further than 12 miles from Chichester.

* For these options the price asssumes the machine is cleaned after use. Otherwise £35 cleaning charge.

 

DIY           -  We deliver a raw pig with machine to you. You cook, serve and provide "sides"

 

SEMI DIY -  We deliver a cooked pig with machine to you shortly before carve time. You carve and serve.

                    We provide baps, stuffing, apple sauce. 

 

BRONZE - We provide carving chef, we cook, carve, serve. Paper napkins and plates. Stuffing,

apple sauce, table sauces.  Served in baps or chunks of country bread or baguettes.Gazebo included where required.

 

SILVER- We provide carving chef, we cook, carve, serve. China plates, quality disposable cutlery,

paper napkins. Stuffing, apple sauce, table sauces, baps and/or country loaf chunks. Four salads

provided. 3 desserts from buffet table. Paper banquet roll.

1 waiter per 40 guests. (NB additional staff are needed if full table service is required)

 

GOLD -  Starter, Pork with stuffing, apple sauce, Coronation chicken, Mediterranean vegetable & goats cheese quiche, 4 salads, new potatoes, baps and/or country breads,

3 desserts, coffee, mints. We lay tables with quality cutlery, crockery & linen cloths.  1 waiter per 25/30 guests.

We assist in serving drinks provided by you with no corkage charge. However there is a charge if we provide glasses.

 

THE ABOVE PRICES ARE BASED UPON US BEING "ON SITE" FOR AROUND 3.5 HOURS FOR BRONZE, OR ABOUT 5.5 HOURS FOR SILVER/GOLD.

FOR AN EXTENDED SERVICE  (ESPECIALLY WEDDINGS) THERE MAY BE A SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE
