Carvery Roasts

 

 

For someting a little different, why not have a carvery for your celebration. In this way, you are able to offer your guests a choice of freshly cooked meat joints.

 

Roast crown of turkey with stuffing & cranberry sauce

 

Roast leg of lamb with mint sauce and redcurrant jelly,

(or served with a delicious red wine, rosemary & Port jus)

 

Roast leg (or loin) of pork with stuffing & apple sauce

(or served with a creamy apple and Calvados cream sauce)

 

Roast sirloin of beef with horseradish and gravy

(or with a wonderful traditional Chasseur sauce)

 

We recommend 2 joints for up to 50 guests. For over 50 a selection of 3.

These can all be served with potatoes and vegetables/salads of your choice.
